Alasdair Rodgers
A Managing Director / Programme Director with significant UK & international Business development success; specialising in the niche arena of Cyber Defence, Security, AI, Telecommunications and Technology. Having held the highest level of UK security clearances and worked on complex cyber security and cutting-edge programmes both for UK and International Corporate organisations – private and plc’s – as well as working with intelligence agencies across the globe. He has a proven ability to assemble expert teams, lead them effectively to design, deliver and sell innovative solutions whilst driving sound commercial growth and shareholder value. He had an early career in the military, finishing his career as a Major in the Royal Corp of Signals.
Mark Jackson
Throughout Mark’s career he has formed relationships, both personal and professional with key individuals in the Financial services sector. Meeting Alasdair was the impetus needed to form an innovative Consultancy with him, focusing on delivering cost effective technology. Mark founded Jared James in 1995 having previously been Head of a Credit business for both Investment Grade and Emerging Market products at a highly respected Executive Search company. He manages the business on a daily basis but is still actively involved in the origination and delivery of senior mandates, whilst maintaining and developing client relationships. Prior to a move into Executive Search, Mark enjoyed a successful 20 year career in the International Capital Markets arena, which included senior roles at a number of global financial institutions. Over the course of a 30 year career in the financial markets, Mark has worked in London, New York, Hong Kong and Tokyo.
